ESTIMATED PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIMES:
UK 5-10 Business Days
UNITED STATES 5-10 Business Day
CANADA 13-23 Business Days
AUSTRALIA 10-20 Business Days
Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.
ART PRINT PRODUCTS:
Please note that all art print products are manufactured off site and will not be available for purchase or collection in store. These will be sent directly to your address, and as they are made to order, please see individual product pages for production and delivery times.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
ORDER NEVER ARRIVED:
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let me know as soon as possible.
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect and the product has been returned to me, I will refund the cost of the purchase excluding shipping. If the product has been delivered to an incorrect address and gone missing, no refund will be made.
If the shipping address was correct but your purchase has not arrived, please get in touch with me at gccartworks@gmail.com noting your order number and I will see what can be done.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
The last thing I want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please take photos and get in touch with me within 14 days and I we will try to put things right.
CHANGED YOUR MIND (ONLINE ONLY):
If you ordered online and find the product not to be as described, please get in touch with 14 days to arrange a return and refund. Please note that products will need to be returned in their original packaging and that you will be responsible for return postage costs. Please be sure to get at least proof of postage if you do not wish to send recorded delivery.
